Return Policy

1. Damage & Issue Reporting (48-Hour Window) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at siachen.naturals@gmail.com or +91 80820 09862. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

2. General Return Window For unopened and unused products, we offer a 30-day return window to comply with standard consumer expectations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with original seals intact, and in its original packaging. > Important: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food or supplement products (e.g., Shilajit, Honey, Juices) that have been opened or had their safety seal broken.

3. Return Process To start a return, contact us at the email above. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package.

• Defective Items: We cover the return shipping costs.

• Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping charges.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
